Autumn is right around the corner and in my family that means, soup for dinner! So, I have gathered 20 soup recipes that look amazing to try this fall!
You may have noticed (or not) that I recently took a little break from blogging.
Here’s why. I decided to stay at home with my kids this year in order to spend more time with them. However, I was starting to feel like I was working a full time job again, from home.
So your BFF is becoming a new mom! Whether you are a mom or not, you might be wondering what you can do to help.
Becoming a mom for the first time is one of the most life-changing events. No amount of organizing or cleaning can really prepare you for how life is about to change.
It can be overwhelming, anxiety-inducing, and just plain hard at times.
I do not claim to be a baker, nor do I really enjoy baking. Mention the word, “S’mores,” on the other hand, and I can whip up some gooey, chocolatey, delicious concoction!
So, when my daughter mentioned that she wanted to go camping (one time) I jumped at the chance to make that her third birthday party theme!
Because camping = S’mores! And I love S’mores. Did I mention that?
I don’t know about you, but trying to get my kid to eat vegetables is like pulling teeth!
I know it is probably not the biggest deal if they don’t eat a ton of vegetables.
We’ve all heard the saying, you can’t pour from an empty cup.
Meaning you have to take care of yourself before you try to take care of anyone else.
As parents most of us know that sometimes you have to find a way to pour from an empty cup.
Are you planning a family road trip this summer? Do you have little ones that need to be entertained?
I am planning to embark on a 10-hour road trip with my toddlers next week.
In preparation, I have searched (and searched) for the best toys for car rides.
To be honest, saving money has never really mattered to me.
That is, until I became a stay-at-home mom. Now that we are living on one income, it has become my mission to find ways to save money.
You may be in the same boat as I was and you’re not sure if you are financially ready to live on one income. Click HERE. to read my blog post Living on One Income- Are You Financially Ready?
Do you have a potty training toddler?
If yours is anything like mine, you have to sit with her most of the time, waiting for the potty to come.
Sometimes she can be on the potty for a very long time! If I don’t keep her busy she doesn’t like to sit for very long.
As a mom and preschool teacher, I love to find new ways to teach foundational skills to my kids.
I get especially excited when I find something that can be used to teach many different skills at once.
That is why I love using Play-Doh so much!
Laundry is going to be the death of me.
Okay, so that might be a little bit dramatic, and very much a first world problem.
But, I know some of you other moms can relate with me on this! I hope I’m not alone in this!
